Here is the latest. Caren and I went to Burley for Thanksgiving and it was really good to see everyone there. Thank you to Dad and Mom for letting us stay. Kelly, Stephanie, and family, Mike, Melisa, and family, Gary, Heidi, and Family, Sara, and Dad and Mom were all there. Thanks to Mike and Melisa for a place to stay on the way down and thanks to Aunt Yvette for letting us come visit for an hour or so on the way back. Dad, Mom, Gary, and I also got to go visit Great Uncle Don in Logan and talk about Heleman Campbell. I also got to hold Heleman Campbell's shotgun. It was a pretty cool moment for me. When Caren and I got to Salt Lake for Christmas, I intend to spend a day in the Utah State Archives digging up lots more information on him.
We celebrated Caren's birthday on Sunday and had a good time. She was able to open some presents and believe it or not, I made a cake and it wasn't even from a box. I had Caren coaching me the whole time, but I refused to let her make it herself. I hope it was a good day for her.
Today, against all odds, Caren and I went through my place like a whirlwind and managed to get all of my stuff packed up and either in storage or in my car. The reason for the hurry, is that I didn't want to pay rent in January and I have to give them 30 days notice. Between now and January, the only day I have to do it was today. It could not have happened without Caren's help. She is incredible.
I then drove up here to Spokane to the La Quinta Inn out here in the Valley where I am now. It is a nice hotel and I got a nice suite this time. I have my own couch, fridge, tv, microwave, lots of space, and a king bed all with a view of the Valley towards Spokane. It is no Sandpoint, but it isn't bad. I am very much looking forward to work and such tomorrow, and I will have an update on how that goes.
Caren continues with her clinicals and classes. She is very happy that her class work is almost over. One more week of painful hell and she should be there. She then has a bit under a month off and then the rest is just clinicals. She really is an amazing girl. This may not be the place to put it, but I'm constantly amazed at how much she is able to accomplish just barely this side of sanity.
Not much else happening that I can remember at the moment, so I'll sign off for now.

Even a good education won't stop you from ending up homeless!! Good luck with everything.
LOL...Thanks Kerry. True statement.
I'm thinking that a good education will make you homeless!
I think you're right Dan. It seems to create huge debts and wander lust.
LOL...Amen to that!
does Caren like hunting?
No, I do not like to go hunting. I'm too much of an animal nut. I do like shooting though. My brothers and dad all like to hunt when they have time, and the meat is usually pretty good, as long as I don't see the animal before it is butchered. Lol, sorry, bad experience finding a half butchered deer hanging from the garage rafters when I was 6 yrs old.
