True Life Confessions of a Family History Addict

Aunt Yvette,
I have his death certificate in front of me. I will scan it and post it later on in the series, but it claims he died on August 31, 1944. That isn't a typo on my part. Perhaps on the part of the person who made up the certificate. Cemetery records say 1945 and you say 1945. That is good enough for me. It claims that he died of Hypertension Cardio-renal-vascular disease as a secondary cause of death. I can't read the primary cause of death nor much else on there because the copy I have is pretty crappy. Unfortunately, his death certificate is one for which the online image has not yet been linked to the index on the Utah State Archives website. However, I have sent them an e-mail requesting that they do so. More later when I get word from them.
